Although I grew up with a camera, I would consider myself an amateur photographer. I love photography. My camera is an extension of my soul. Photography prompts me to live life with eyes wide open...consciously. There is always a photograph begging to be taken.

For various reasons, my life took a turn, leading me away from photography during the last 15 years or so. 2007 brought a renewal of my love affair with the camera back into my life. A bit rusty, I am enjoying this love affair and I am learning much about myself and the visual world around me.

Everyone sees their world differently. Any number of people can view the same scene and see totally different things. A camera is one tool that allows us to share our view with the rest of humanity. Enjoy!
